What it is
The store page's whole pitch: "in this game you throw office chairs at a target. features: breathtaking realism, office chairs, that's it." In practice it's curling with office workers: you pick a character (each with different stats) and spin and hurl them down the corridor towards a target, taking turns against a local or online opponent. Simberg notes its "PS1-tier 3D graphics" and Street Fighter-style versus screens. There's also a Steam version, and the two support online cross-play. It needs "a fair amount of precision with the crank" and "good vision", and the content note mentions "moderate use of profanity and mature themes".
It's by osuika, with music by Kris Wilson. It came to the Catalog in October 2024 for $5 (also on itch.io and Steam), with updates into July 2026. It was a finalist for Most Anticipated Game at the 2025 Playdate Community Awards.
