Pocket Wrestling Federation

What it is

Pocket Wrestling Federation is, in the developer's words, "a full wrestling booking game for Playdate". You run the company: sign the talent, write the stories, book every match and angle across a weekly show and a big monthly event, fight for television deals and try to turn a small promotion into the biggest in the world.

The page lists feuds, turns, tag teams, stables, title changes, tournaments, "a rumble and the odd wedding". Each segment plays out on show night with a grade and the crowd's reaction. Wrestlers have personalities, friendships and grudges and remember whether you kept your word, rival promotions raid your roster, and careers run for decades through injuries, farewell tours and a Hall of Fame. Every wrestler, company and championship in the game is fictional.

You can download community-made worlds and picture packs straight to the Playdate over Wi-Fi, or build your own in a browser editor and share it in a mod library. The developer warns that it's a big download that can take 10 to 15 minutes to arrive after sideloading. It was published on itch.io on 29 Oct 2026, free, as version 0.3.0, and is marked in development.
