Rescue on Playdris IV is a 1-bit sci-fi shoot 'em up that the developer describes as being "in the style of classic games like galaxian, space invaders". Your mission was to infiltrate a secret Worta base and steal the Orb of Power, but your ship is destroyed before you get there. Stranded, you send a distress call and have to hold your ground until rescue arrives in the 10th level.
The developer lists multiple levels, different enemies, boss battles against Worta warships, a moving and changing landscape, three difficulty levels, different settings and controls, and local high scores. After a full playthrough, more levels with harder conditions open up beyond level 10. The page marks it as in development and says it "can be expanded based on your feedback".
It was published on itch.io on 30 Oct 2026 for $1.99 or more. A free demo is offered alongside the full game.
