Spacerat Miner is "a fast paced roguelite mining game". You play a rat digging as deep as possible into a planet, collecting gems, dodging falling rocks, running from lava and fighting bosses "to become the best miner rat". Each run gets a new procedurally generated map, and you upgrade your equipment between runs. You mine with A and move with the D-pad, and you crank to recharge the drill and work the occasional mechanism. It has online scoreboards.
It's by Starjuice (David Diaz, Cristian Nestar and David Martinez). It launched in the Catalog in November 2023 for $10, with updates into March 2026, and Panic lists it among its "Monochrome Masterworks".
